1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Rirvana Enterprises Private Limited ("Rirvana Energy", "we", "us") for any solar installation, maintenance, or consultation service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with our services.

2. Scope of Services

We provide design, supply, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of solar photovoltaic systems including rooftop solar (residential, commercial, industrial), solar pumping, solar water heaters, solar fencing, and solar street lighting. Consultation and energy audits are also offered.

3. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue and are subject to a physical site inspection. Pricing may be revised if site conditions, scope, or government policies change between quotation and contract signing.

4. Payment Terms

Standard payment is structured as an advance booking amount followed by milestone-based payments tied to material delivery, installation, and commissioning. EMI and bank loan facilities are available through our partner lenders. All payments are non-refundable once equipment has been procured against your order.

5. Warranty

• Solar panels: 25 years performance warranty (manufacturer-backed).
• Inverters: 5–10 years warranty depending on brand and model.
• Workmanship: 2 years comprehensive warranty on installation labour.

Warranty does not cover damage from acts of God, vandalism, unauthorised modification, or use outside specified parameters.

6. Installation Timelines

Standard residential installations take 2–5 days from kit-out date. Commercial and industrial timelines are project-specific. Rirvana Energy offers a 30-day completion guarantee on residential projects: if we fail to commission within 30 days of receiving full advance and site readiness, we will compensate the client for verifiable generation loss.

7. Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation requests received before equipment procurement are eligible for a refund of the booking amount minus a 5% administration fee. Once equipment is procured, the booking amount is non-refundable but can be transferred to a future project within 12 months.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control including extreme weather, supply chain disruption, government action, strikes, or pandemics.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability for any claim related to a project shall not exceed the contract value of that project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of business, loss of revenue, or loss of energy savings.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
